Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Meeting.oStaran ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Meeting.oStaran lets organizers schedule and host browser-based webinars, invite participants, control who may speak or share, and optionally record sessions to the organizer's Google Drive.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content of your webinars.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to record or broadcast people without the consent required by applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Recordings & consent

If you record a session, you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. Recordings are stored in the organizer's Google Drive and are controlled by the organizer.

Third-party services

The Service relies on Google (sign-in, Drive, Cloud) and LiveKit (real-time media). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend access that violates them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
